Allocate a Task
Stages: Planned → Working → Review → Delivered. Client-visible tasks appear on the client portal with their stage.
Add KPI (month-wise, project-wise)
Update the "actual" value directly on each KPI row below — weekly minimum. Clients see current-month KPIs with target vs actual.
Monthly goal closeness is auto-computed from client-visible tasks due in that month (delivered ÷ total).
